Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our remote delivery teams. You will serve as the Creative Development SME in client discussions, translate briefs into practical workflows, and lead onboarding and go-live activities for new partnerships.

The role requires 3–5 years in creative design or development, experience in a BPO environment, and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in creative design, development, or production.
• 3–5 years in a BPO environment.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret briefs, technical specs, wireframes, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Creative Development SME in client discussions and discovery sessions.
• Understand client needs and recommend practical, scalable creative solutions and workflows.
• Lead implementation, onboarding, training, and go-live activities for new partnerships.
• Coordinate with clients, Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help define roles, assess candidates, support training, and ensure delivery teams are ready to launch.
• Provide post-launch guidance and troubleshoot creative or technical issues.
