Qualifications

• Experience as a DME Specialist, Sleep Technician, or Respiratory Therapist preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPAP therapy and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both patient-facing and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Patient Communication & CPAP Compliance: Communicate with patients regarding CPAP usage, compliance requirements, and troubleshooting; educate on therapy adherence; document interactions in the system; coordinate follow-ups.
