Qualifications

• Experience with US or AU accounting firms.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Excellent written and spoken English; detail oriented; comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into offshore accounting teams for capacity support.
• Manage day-to-day books across client accounts using QuickBooks/Xero.
• Generate invoices, track payments, and manage retainer billing.
• Process international transactions using multi-currency platforms.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements.
• Assist tax filing prep aligning with US GAAP or AU BAS.
