Job summary

H on Mitchell's is seeking an experienced Reservations & Corporate Sales Coordinator to support both guest inquiries and proactive development of accommodation business. The role combines reservations handling with proactive outreach to corporate clients, building relationships and converting enquiries into bookings.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on hotel reservations experience, a commercial mindset, and comfort communicating with corporate travellers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations, front desk or accommodation sales.
• Experience using a hotel PMS to enter and manage bookings.
• Confident handling reservation enquiries over the phone and email.
• Experience with outbound calls, sales follow-up and account management.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to converse with corporate customers and decision-makers.
• Excellent attention to detail with rates, dates and guest info.
• Proactive follow-up and opportunity nurturing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with on-site management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation enquiries via phone and email.
• Enter, amend and maintain reservations in the PMS.
• Follow up booking enquiries to maximise conversion.
• Make proactive outbound calls to prospective corporate customers.
• Maintain records of sales conversations and follow-up activity.
• Support management with general sales administration and reporting.
