This role involves a combination of reservation and booking management, as well as implementing creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.

Job Brief:

• Managing reservations and booking requests from customers.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.
• Manages digital/social media branding for the property
• Supports sales channels to ensure revenue maximization.

Responsibilities:

• Handles incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Confirms reservations and sends confirmation details to customers.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.
• Manages cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
• Maintains accurate records of reservations and customer information.
• Manages and updates the website information, photos, promos, and other details.
• Manages OTA channels to create promos, update pricing, manage booking inquiries, and optimize revenue opportunities
• Generates forecasts and sales reports
• Helps improve the sales kit and collaterals
• Tracks and supports digital marketing initiatives
