Confidential Careers is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Specialist to join its Corporate Sales Team. You will drive growth by identifying new prospects and selling room nights and ancillary products across corporate, travel agent, and reseller networks.

Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager, you will conduct telesales, field visits, and property tours, build lasting client relationships, and present cost-benefit analyses to win accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation (Hospitality/Travel background required).
• Strong verbal/written communication, presentation, negotiation, and quick-thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting & Sales: Identify new business leads and sell room nights, events, and ancillary services via telesales, fieldwork, and visits.
• Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term client relationships; conduct B2B/B2C networking and travel trade events.
• Account Support & Reporting: Handle inquiries, present cost-benefit analyses, maintain pipeline/AR records, and submit progress reports.
• Market Intelligence: Perform market research and competitor analyses to evaluate demand and uncover sales opportunities.

A leading technology-driven hotel management and booking platform is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Specialist to join our Corporate Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Sales Manager, you will drive business growth by identifying new prospects and selling room nights and ancillary products across corporate, travel agent, and reseller networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Sales: Identify new business leads (companies, travel agents, government/NGO accounts) and sell room nights, event packages, and ancillary services via telesales, fieldwork, and property visits.
• Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term client relationships; conduct B2B/B2C networking and travel trade events.
• Account Support & Reporting: Handle client inquiries, present cost-benefit analyses, maintain pipeline/AR records, and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
• Market Intelligence: Perform market research and competitor analyses to evaluate demand and uncover sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation (Hospitality/Travel background required).
