Job summary

New Era Technology in Manila is seeking a Coordination Manager to oversee work order execution, drive operational improvements, and lead coordinators. This remote role requires guiding teams, handling escalations, and aligning with PMO standards to optimize service delivery.

You will analyze KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply risk and quality practices to maintain excellence. PMP or related certification is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead work order execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
