Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Coordination Manager to oversee work order execution, improve processes, and ensure projects meet PMO standards. You will lead coordinators, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project/operations or service delivery, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and data-driven problem solving. PMP certification or equivalent is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
