New Era Technology, LLC. is seeking a Coordination Manager to oversee work order execution, drive improvements, and ensure PMO-compliant project delivery. You will lead coordinators, resolve escalations, and champion continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project/operations, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and a PMP or equivalent certification is highly regarded. Remote CST hours support global teams and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead work order execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize operational processes and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Service Coordinators and team members.
• Manage escalations and complex operational issues.
• Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Implement risk, quality, and compliance practices to support operational excellence.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
