D2B is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a UK-based law firm as a fully remote, offshore resource. This role offers UK business hours and UK holidays, but is based from South Africa or the Philippines, providing essential support to multiple fee earners.

The successful candidate will handle routine and post-completion work across conveyancing matters, including searches, drafting and completion tasks, under UK supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential conveyancing under English and Welsh law is essential.
• Thorough understanding of the UK conveyancing lifecycle from opening to post‑completion.
• Proven ability to handle AP1 submissions and SDLT filings independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide floating fee-earner support across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Order, track and review property searches; manage onboarding docs (KYC/AML, TA forms).
• Draft standard contracts, transfers of title (TR1) and mortgage documentation under guidance.
• Own post‑completion duties: completion statements, SDLT returns and Land Registry filings (AP1).
• Monitor Land Registry requisitions and ensure timely responses.
• Communicate clearly with UK colleagues, estate agents, lenders and opposing conveyancers.
