D2B seeks a flexible Conveyancing Paralegal to support a UK-based law firm remotely from the Philippines.

This full-time role covers the complete UK conveyancing lifecycle, including searches, drafting, and post‑completion work, under UK supervision.

You will act as an offshore resource, ensuring timely completion with fee-earner colleagues while adhering to KYC/AML compliance and filing UK Land Registry documents.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with residential conveyancing under English and Welsh law.
• Full understanding of the UK conveyancing lifecycle.
• Experience completing AP1 Land Registry submissions and SDLT filings.
• Proficient with legal CMS and maintaining audit trails.

Responsabilités

• Floating Fee-Earner Support across files and matters.
• Order and review property search packages and onboarding docs.
• Prepare standard contracts, TR1s, and mortgage forms under UK guidance.
• End-to-End Post-Completion Ownership of SDLT submissions and Land Registry filings.
• Monitor Land Registry requisitions and ensure timely responses.
• Communicate clearly with UK colleagues and third parties.
