Job summary

TTEC Digital is hiring a Conversational AI Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize agentic workflows across a unified platform. You will blend low-code visual canvas with custom-coded logic, building multi-agent architectures and tools to support global clients.

This permanent, fully remote role requires US hours and strong Python/TypeScript skills. Candidates will work with CX Agent Studio, cxas-scrapi, and GECX tooling, integrating with databases, CRMs, and CCaaS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building conversational AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CLIs for development.
• Hands-on experience with Google GECX tooling.
• Knowledge of Dialogflow CX and CX Agent Studio.
• Experience deploying voice agents in CCaaS environments.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or Google Cloud Logging.

Responsibilities

• Develop Multi-Agent Architectures using CX Agent Studio and Code Agents.
• Write Custom Code Tools & Callbacks in Python/TypeScript.
• Leverage GECX CLI and tooling for linting and validation.
• Design structured agent instructions and routing syntax.
• Program Enterprise Integrations via MCP or OpenAPI webhooks.
• Script golden-scenario tests for CI/CD and evaluation.
