Job summary

TTEC Digital in the Philippines is hiring a Conversational AI Engineer focused on Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience. You will design, deploy, and optimize multi-agent workflows, blending low-code CX Agent Studio with custom Python/TypeScript code to build robust agent hierarchies and tooling.

You will implement code agents, hook into live data sources, and run automated CI/CD tests to ensure reliability before production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years building conversational AI solutions or programmatic AI workflows.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js with JSON payloads and RESTful APIs.
• Gained experience with Git workflows and CLIs for deployment.
• Hands-on with Google GECX tooling and CX Agent Studio.
• Knowledge of Dialogflow CX or similar frameworks.
• Experience with streaming A2A voice integrations and CCaaS.
• Understanding of prompt safety, fallbacks, and harnessing tool callbacks.
• Experience extracting data with BigQuery/Google Cloud Logging.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-agent architectures using CX Agent Studio and Code Agents.
• Write custom code tools and callbacks in Python/TypeScript.
• Execute CLI-driven workflows and lint/validate code with cxas tools.
• Design structured agent instructions and sub-agent routing syntax.
• Integrate Code Agents with databases, catalogs, CRMs, and CCaaS.
• Create automated tests and simulations to prevent hallucinations.
