Job summary

CoDev Philippines seeks a skilled Gemini Enterprise Engineer to design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise-grade generative AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies. The role collaborates with stakeholders, cloud engineers, security teams, and developers to transform processes into secure, scalable AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities include implementing Gemini Enterprise, data integration, and secure governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in cloud engineering, software/data/AI roles.
• Hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Experience with generative AI and enterprise search tech.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, cloud storage, and third-party systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, service accounts, and IAM.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Familiarity with data ingestion and semantic search.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, logging, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Gemini Enterprise apps based on requirements.
• Build AI-powered enterprise search, knowledge discovery, QA, and workflow automation.
• Configure apps, data stores, search experiences, actions, and AI agents.
• Develop reusable AI agents for operations, customer service, sales, HR, and knowledge management.
• Connect Gemini Enterprise with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Integrate data from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, cloud storage, APIs, and third-party apps.
• Ensure secure data ingestion, indexing, synchronization, and retrieval processes.
• Improve search quality and responses via metadata and grounding.
• Ensure data stores are properly connected to support results, answers, and agents.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data connectors, indexing, authentication, and APIs.
