Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer specializing in Google’s ADK to design, build, and scale production-ready multi-agent systems and AI workflows. You will bridge LLM prompting with enterprise-grade software, orchestrate micro-agents, and integrate MCP tools within agentic frameworks.

This permanent remote role requires collaboration across globally distributed teams, overlap with US business hours, and hands-on work deploying on Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade LLM applications or Agentic AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with the official Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) 2.0+ and multi-agent orchestration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect Multi-Agent Systems and implement structured agent architectures using Google ADK.
• Develop core agentic logic with deterministic execution paths and reliable graph workflows.
• Integrate tools and skills including MCPs and enterprise APIs into LLM contexts.
• Evaluate, debug, and optimize agent trajectories, reduce production hallucinations, and ensure low latency deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers and AI researchers to deploy Gemini models within agentic frameworks.
