Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and scale multi-agent systems using Google’s ADK. You will bridge LLM prompting with enterprise-grade software engineering and integrate with MCP tools and enterprise APIs.

The role is permanent remote, requiring availability during US business hours and collaboration with globally distributed teams. A strong background in Python or TypeScript and GCP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years building and deploying production-grade LLM apps or Agentic AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in at least one ADK-supported language: Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform ecosystem (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Secret Manager, Cloud Storage).

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems using Google ADK.
• Develop deterministic graph workflows with explicit execution paths.
• Integrate Agent Skills and third-party tools (Google Maps MCP, search tools, enterprise APIs).
• Evaluate and debug to mitigate production hallucinations.
• Scale and deploy agents to Agent Engine (Cloud Run/GCP) with high availability and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and AI researchers to optimize Gemini model integration.
