Qualifications
- 4+ years in Software Engineering, Conversational AI, or NLP.
- Proven expertise with Dialogflow or Rasa.
- Experience with dialog management for chatbots or voice assistants.
- Strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade conversational flows using NLU frameworks like Dialogflow or Rasa.
- Develop and maintain intent classification, entity extraction, and context management logic.
- Integrate conversational interfaces with backend APIs, IVR systems, and messaging platforms.
- Optimize model performance through training, testing, and data refinement.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate user requirements into dialogues.
- Monitor and analyze conversation logs to identify edge cases in NLU.
