TTEC Digital in the Philippines offers a remote, permanent position for a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX). You will design, deploy, and optimize agentic workflows across a unified platform, bridging digital discovery with front-line operations.

You will implement Code Agents using cxas-scrapi, Python/TypeScript tools, and CLIs, ensuring scalable, low-latency agent performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years building conversational AI solutions or programmatic AI workflows.
Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js with handling JSON payloads, RESTful APIs, and cloud-hosted webhooks.
Experience with Git-based workflows and CLIs for versioning and deployment.
Hands-on experience with Google's GECX tooling (cxas-scrapi workspace/SDK).
Familiarity with Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, or similar conversational frameworks.
Experience deploying streaming A2A voice agents and integrating with CCaaS environments.
Understanding of prompt safety, blocklists, and fallback behaviors.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and optimize multi-agent architectures and workflows.
Write custom code tools, callbacks, and data transformations in Python/TypeScript.
Operate CX Agent Studio and cxas tooling for linting and validation.
Create structured agent instructions and routing syntax for sub-agents.
Integrate Code Agents with databases, CRMs, and CCaaS networks.
Develop automated test cases and simulations to prevent hallucinations.
