MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior GCP Data & AI Engineer (Supervisor) to lead data and AI initiatives from a remote Philippines-based setup. You will build Gemini Enterprise capabilities, connect client data across clouds, and deliver trusted analytics.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of GCP hands-on experience, strong SQL/Python, and RBAC knowledge. The role offers day shift, WFH, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead data and AI background with commercial experience.
• Hands-on GCP experience (3–5 years).
• Strong SQL and Python.
• Experience with data warehousing / lakehousing on BigQuery + GCS.
• Gemini / generative AI experience — agent creation, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build Gemini Enterprise capabilities connecting client data and AI agents.
• Model and connect client data across clouds and sources (BigQuery/GCS).
• Apply data modelling, schema design and RBAC.
• Enable self-service analytics through agent creation and MCP knowledge.
• Deliver governed data and insights via Looker with multi-tenant patterns.
