Job summary

Med-Metrix International PH-I, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Coordinator to assist the Contract Management Department with administrative functions and to focus on loading and validating contracts.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and HIPAA awareness, with remote, full-time night shift hours. You will handle pricing data, government fee schedules, and collaborate with the Dev Team to ensure contracts are complete and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years minimum experience with Medicare/Medicaid pricing information.
• Ability to handle documents and be highly organized.
• Experience in Managed Care, billing, or healthcare contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull government fee schedules and upload into Pricer.
• Download Medicare and state Medicaid schedules and upload to Pricer.
• Provide pricing data and feedback to internal teams.
• Run contract-related reports and assist in gap analyses.
• Maintain contract inventories and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Attend meetings and distribute notes; support management tasks.
