Job summary

MED-METRIX INTERNATIONAL PH-I, INC. is seeking a Physician Scheduler to coordinate operational support services and assist Physician Advisors, clients, and management.

You will handle onboarding, documentation, and training logistics, while maintaining accurate records across internal systems. The role requires 1–2 years of administrative experience and medical terminology knowledge, with HIPAA and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• 1–2 years of medical terminology knowledge.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule peer-to-peer calls with medical insurance payers and Physician Advisors.
• Update payer contact activity and scheduling status in the Physician Advisory Portal.
• Maintain client, Physician Advisor, and contact records across systems.
• Coordinate communication between Physician Advisors, payers, and clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Support onboarding of new Physician Advisors, including documentation and training logistics.
