Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Contract Management Coordinator to support the Contract Management Department in loading and validating contracts, and to ensure PHI is handled in compliance with HIPAA standards.

You will manage pricing schedules, government fee data, and reporting, assist with contract inventories and client communications, and work remotely from the Philippines with a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of Medicare/Medicaid and state Workers Comp pricing knowledge.
• Highly organized with strong document handling abilities.
• 1+ year knowledge of Managed Care, billing, or healthcare contracting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; strong communication.
• Integrity, dependability, urgency, and results-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Pull and manage government fee schedules and upload into Pricer.
• Download Medicare/Medicaid schedules and upload to Pricer for global use.
• Run contract management volume reports monthly/quarterly.
• Provide internal and external pricing confirmations and quick responses.
• Attend meetings and distribute notes; maintain contracts and fee schedules.
• Ensure PHI handling adheres to HIPAA standards and security policies.
