Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage contingent worker lifecycle processes and provide first-level support in a fast-paced team environment. You will assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers through all stages of contract labor acquisition, onboarding, time and expense management, and offboarding.

You will maintain worker assignments, communicate with clients and vendors, analyze inquiries, and deliver status reports to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2+ years in staffing/MSP or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work mid/night shifts and hybrid setup in Ortigas Pasig area.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process (interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management).
• Manage time and expense tracking and offboarding processes.
• Document client-reported issues and track resolution to completion.
• Maintain and update worker assignments reflecting changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and partners via meetings, email and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs including pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs including pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking.
• Interact constantly with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so contractors can start assignments on time.
