Job summary

24x7 Direct is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator for a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines. You will support the Project Management Director with core administrative tasks and gradually take on more advanced project management responsibilities.

The role operates on a fixed night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday, with clear expectations for professionalism, accountability, and consistent availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Extremely detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of new software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and cloud-based apps.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including calendar management, email, data entry, and documentation.
• Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines and priorities.
• Maintain accurate project records with high attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement efficient processes.
• Assist with project coordination and other ad hoc tasks as required.
