Job summary

Refined VA is seeking a Construction Virtual Assistant to support JobTread build-outs, project coordination, documentation, estimates, and daily construction admin tasks. You will build out JobTread accounts from scratch, update budgets and timelines, and manage proposals, invoices, change orders, and purchase orders.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while keeping records organized and operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction admin tasks and workflows.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cost codes.
• Familiarity with proposals, estimates, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Build out JobTread accounts from scratch with workflows and templates.
• Update and maintain project details, budgets, and timelines.
• Create, send, and track proposals, estimates, and invoices.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Handle follow-ups and keep project records organized.
• Support smooth construction operations behind the scenes.
