Job summary

Wingman Recruitment is seeking a Candidate Manager to own end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, trades, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering roles across the Philippines. This fully remote, day-shift role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, and maintain ATS records, collaborating with hiring managers and providing feedback to continuously improve hiring

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR/recruitment role.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for blue-collar, trades, construction, manufacturing, or logistics roles.
• Hands-on experience with Loxo CRM or Job Adder, SEEK Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and grow pipelines for specific locations and job titles.
