Job summary

Staff X - Offshore Staffing in the Philippines seeks a hands-on Construction Scheduler to manage a live portfolio of 30–40 concurrent projects across residential and commercial repairs.

You will own the schedule, make real-time rescheduling calls when rain or scope changes occur, and coordinate with site teams daily to lock in revised dates.

This full-time remote role offers a laptop, training, and exposure to international clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction scheduling and building detailed project programs across concurrent jobs.
• Strong coordination with PMs, subcontractors, site supervisors, and owners.
• Ability to perform delay analysis and develop recovery schedules without escalation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain construction schedules across a high-volume portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
• Reschedule jobs autonomously in response to delays and scope changes, confirming revised dates with site teams.
• IssuePurchase orders to subcontractors and trades as directed by the PM, verifying availability and accuracy.
