Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally including construction knowledge.
• 2+ years daily experience using a project management platform.
• Strong proficiency with Buildertrend or similar platforms.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or similar.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgets, costs, purchase orders, and variations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in issue resolution.
• Commercial awareness to monitor costs and protect margins.
• Strong written English for professional client communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the schedule by building, maintaining, and updating project schedules and flag delays early.
• Manage the task board by creating, assigning, following up, and closing tasks with templates.
• Control budgets by managing purchase orders, invoices, cost codes, and cost-to-complete figures.
• Manage variations by preparing, pricing, issuing, and tracking through approval and payment.
• Provide weekly project updates and variation documentation to clients.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, specifications, selections, and approvals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time, accurate administration.
• Escalate delays, cost issues, and risks early to prevent larger problems.
