Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Hands-on Procore experience required.
• Experience budgeting, job costs, schedules, and change orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and construction project controls.
• Strong English communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and resolve issues.
• US commercial construction experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and project teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate project records using Procore.
