Job summary

DCX invites applications for a Home-Based Compliance Admin Assistant to support a U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. The role covers product safety, ethical sourcing, quality control, and environmental compliance, with an emphasis on developing and implementing processes and managing testing and inspections.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in compliance or QA, excellent English communication, and the ability to work overnight hours to align with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in compliance, product safety, or quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Smartsheet is required; NetSuite is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong time management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third-party inspections (DUPRO and final pre-shipment) to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Review inspection results, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Work with suppliers and third-party testing facilities to schedule, track, and follow up on testing protocols.
• Submit samples for testing and review test reports for compliance accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of tests, inspections, and audit reports.
• Stay informed on regulatory, industry, and customer requirements through training and webinars.
• Research and communicate relevant government regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Provide updates to internal teams on compliance assessments, testing, and inspection statuses.
• Assist in improving compliance processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Support administrative compliance tasks, including updating databases and document management.
