Job summary

DCX PH Inc. seeks a Home-Based Compliance Admin Assistant to support a U.S.-based client in ensuring products meet global compliance standards.

You will coordinate inspections, review test results, and assist with administering compliance programs across safety, ethical sourcing, and environmental requirements. The role requires 1–2 years in compliance-related work, strong English communication, and the ability to work graveyard shifts or align with US hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Compliance, or related field.
• 1–2 years in compliance, product safety, or quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third-party inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Review results, report findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Schedule and track testing with suppliers and labs.
• Maintain organized test, inspection, and audit records.
• Provide updates on compliance assessments to internal teams.
• Help improve compliance processes for efficiency and accuracy.
