Job summary

• Experience handling large datasets with high accuracy.
• Experience with query and complaint handling within set SLAs.
• Ability to adapt in a globally distributed payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly PAYE payroll and pensions for ~30k workers.
• Ensure processes comply with regulations including HMRC, DWP and Ofqual.
• Champion continuous improvement by engaging with stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding and training of new team members including offshore staff.
• Support audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reporting.
