Job summary

Coreteam is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with a focus on Compensation or Advanced Compensation to join our team in the Philippines. You will support global clients through end-to-end Workday implementations and AMS engagements, ensuring solutions align with business needs and HR processes.

You'll bring strong functional expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting, plus excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements.
• Strong functional expertise in Compensation, Advanced Compensation.
• Understanding of compensation processes, reward cycles, eligibility rules and Recruiting.
• Active Workday certification in Compensation, Advanced Compensation and/or Recruiting preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in client-focused environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.
• Deep understanding of HR operations and processes.
• Data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday solutions across end-to-end implementations and AMS engagements for global clients.
• Configure and support Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation functionality.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate client workshops and translate needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation reviews, guidelines, merit increases, bonuses and other compensation processes.
• Configure and support Advanced Compensation functionality, including compensation packages, awards, stock/equity-related processes and complex eligibility requirements.
• Configure and support Workday Recruiting, including job requisitions, business processes, candidate management, job postings and recruiting workflows.
• Provide functional guidance and recommend Workday best practices based on client requirements.
• Support configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, go-live activities and post production enhancements.
• Work closely with clients, HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support Workday releases, assess impacts on Compensation and Recruiting functionality, and coordinate testing and deployment activities.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and reusable delivery assets.
