Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking an Expert B2C Sales Development Representative to generate high-quality leads for the US market and set qualified appointments.

This 20-hour weekly, 100% remote role requires native English with a Midwest US accent, strict FTC/DNC compliance, and experience in data scraping, CRM management, and outbound outreach.

Work with GoHighLevel, Calendly, Google Sheets to document leads and scale the team while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C lead generation, appointment setting, and sales development.
• Must have US-facing B2C phone sales experience.
• Must be highly familiar with FTC telemarketing rules, the Do Not Call Registry, and SMS/email opt-in regulations.
• Must independently build a lead list from scratch via data scraping and social media mining.
• Native-level English fluency with a clear, neutral Midwest US accent.

Expert B2C Sales Development Representative

And we’re looking for a Expert B2C Sales Development Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build B2C lead lists from scratch via data scraping and social media, targeting specific Michigan demographics.
• Set 10–20 qualified in-person appointments weekly for the sales team.
• Ensure strict FTC/DNC compliance for all phone, email, and text outreach.
• Qualify prospects to confirm travel intent, income, and that couples can attend together.
• Manage CRM and outreach using GoHighLevel, Calendly, and Google Sheets, including sub-domains for cold email.
• Develop and document the lead gen process from the ground up to help scale the team later.

Required Tools

• CRM & Scheduling: GoHighLevel and Calendly.
• Data & Admin: Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel.
• Lead Sourcing: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for data scraping and mining.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in B2C lead generation, appointment setting, and sales development.
• Must have US-facing B2C phone sales experience.
• Must be highly familiar with FTC telemarketing rules, the Do Not Call Registry, and SMS/email opt-in regulations.
• Must be able to independently build a lead list from scratch via data scraping and social media mining, not just work from an existing list.
• Native-level English fluency with a clear, neutral Midwest US accent.
• Must prioritize company reputation over booking numbers; no misrepresenting the product to get an appointment.

Schedule: 10 AM - 2 PM EST | 20 hours per week | Part-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱45K/month, depending on experience
