Job summary
Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding experience for new clinicians on a fast-growing virtual behavioral health platform. You will lead three-hour live onboarding sessions, walk clinicians through the EHR and payroll systems via screen share, and prepare materials ahead of each session.
You’ll also provide follow-up support and flag recurring issues to improve processes. The role is remote with USD compensation paid bi-monthly.
Qualifications
- Healthcare onboarding experience or clinical support background.
- Ability to present on live calls with energy and professionalism.
- Experience navigating EHR platforms on screen-share.
- Familiarity with payroll systems (Rippling, Gusto) is a plus.
- Available Mon-Fri, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Lead three-hour onboarding calls with clinicians via video conference.
- Walk clinicians through EHR workflows and payroll setup on screen share.
- Prepare materials and coordinate session logistics ahead of each call.
- Provide timely follow-up answers and track questions.
- Identify recurring onboarding issues and suggest improvements.
