The position supports a fast-paced operation, coordinating with recruiters, clinicians, and credentialing staff while maintaining accurate documentation and timely renewals.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in data collection, data entry, reporting, or healthcare credentialing.
• Experience managing expiring licenses and other compliance documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate credentialing records.
• Experience using ATS, internal databases, or client documentation systems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate clinician onboarding by maintaining ATS records and distributing required credentialing documents.
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, employment history, background checks, and other documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Track expiring credentials and manage renewal deadlines to ensure uninterrupted eligibility.
• Generate credentialing reports and support cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Support cross-training and mentorship to maintain smooth credentialing workflows.
