Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Healthcare Associate – Clinical Tele Triage to remotely assess patients, evaluate symptoms, and provide care guidance through telehealth platforms.

The ideal candidate holds a USRN license, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and has experience with telehealth and EHR systems. You will document interactions, escalate critical cases, and support scheduling and follow-up care while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• USRN license required and active.
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
• Experience with telehealth and remote patient assessment.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and documentation standards.
• Ability to identify urgent conditions and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial tele-triage assessments and determine level of care.
• Assess symptoms and provide care guidance via telehealth platforms.
• Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in EHR/EMR.
• Escalate urgent cases to physicians and care teams as appropriate.
• Coordinate appointments and follow-up care with patients.
• Handle medication renewal queries per clinical protocols.
