Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or clinical coordination.
• Experience coordinating nursing visits and provider schedules.
• Experience with clinical documentation and patient records.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic records.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with healthcare billing or invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical operations and schedules by arranging nursing visits, maintaining calendars, and tracking visits/assessments.
• Manage communications via email and phone with providers, nurses, or internal teams.
• Organize and maintain clinical documentation by filing nursing records and reviewing notes.
• Support assessments and clinical workflows by pre-filling demographics and coordinating medication refills.
• Support billing and invoicing by reviewing documentation and preparing invoices.
• Maintain accurate healthcare records on secure platforms while protecting patient information.
• Support compliance and quality processes via reviews and audits.
• Help improve daily operations by identifying gaps and improving workflows.
• Provide general administrative support to help providers and teams stay organized.
