Job summary

Intellect Clinic, part of Health Solutions, is seeking a Clinic Associate to support remote operations for accessing clinical services and coordinating clinic workflows. You will work across WhatsApp, email, chat and calls, coordinating appointments and backend processes with a Singapore-based team.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and comfort working remotely with a rostered shift including evenings and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Healthcare administration or clinic operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable engaging with clients via WhatsApp, email and calls.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinic team in day-to-day operations across Intellect's clinics.
• Manage frontline client enquiries through WhatsApp, email, chat and calls.
• Coordinate client registrations, appointment bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client information and records within the EMR and internal systems.
• Support clinician scheduling and appointment coordination, including follow-ups with clients.
• Support payment-related administration, including tracking, invoicing and reconciliation workflows.
• Maintain operational trackers and assist with routine clinic reporting.
• Escalate operational, client or clinical-related concerns to the appropriate team member.
