Concentrix Health Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Manager I to lead operations at the Makati clinic. The role requires a nursing or allied health background and at least 3 years in managing a healthcare facility.

You will supervise staff, coordinate procurement, and ensure delivery of quality patient care using EMR, appointment, and ERP systems. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or allied health required.
  • Current PRC license as RN or Allied Health preferred.
  • At least 3 years of clinic management experience.
  • CPR/First Aid/BLS/ACLS training is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiar with healthcare administration software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and staff supervision.
  • Coordinate procurement of consumables, supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with patients, doctors, and providers to ensure quality service.
  • Maintain EMR and information systems integration.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
