We're looking for a confident, friendly and organised communicator to support Rapid Access Infusion Clinic, a new Australian medical infusion clinic.
This is a work-from-home role based in the Philippines, working Australian business hours, Monday to Friday - meaning no night shifts, no late finishes, and no disruption to your evenings or weekends.
You'll make outbound calls to medical practices to introduce our clinic and services, answer inbound patient enquiries, and follow up with patients to ensure their paperwork is complete before their appointment. You may also conduct short telephone surveys and help with day-to-day administration.
The work is varied, but the common thread is simple: clear communication, reliable follow-up and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people and takes pride in making every interaction helpful and professional.
Introduce our clinic to medical practices: Call GP clinics, specialist rooms and other healthcare providers to explain our services, identify the right contact and share information about referring patients.
Follow up with practices: Send relevant information, respond to general questions and maintain regular contact to build referral relationships.
Handle inbound calls and enquiries: Provide a warm, professional first point of contact for patients and practices, helping with general information and appointment-related questions.
Help patients prepare for their appointment: Follow up on outstanding forms, referrals and other required documents, flagging anything missing to the clinic team.
Conduct telephone surveys: Ask structured questions and record responses accurately to help us understand practice needs and patient feedback.
Keep records up to date: Log calls, update contact details and maintain clear notes and follow-up tasks in our systems.
Support clinic administration: Assist with emails, data entry, document organisation and other administrative duties as needed.
You'll work closely with the clinic team and pass clinical questions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
You might start the day by checking upcoming appointments and contacting patients about outstanding paperwork. You'll then work through a list of medical practices to introduce the clinic, send follow-up information and record the outcomes of your calls.
Throughout the day, you'll also answer incoming enquiries and help the team keep administrative tasks moving.
Some conversations will be brief. Others will require patience, careful listening and a clear explanation. Following through on what you've promised matters just as much as making the initial call.
Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, confident and friendly phone manner.
Experience in outbound calling, telesales, customer service, medical reception or a similar role.
Confidence introducing a service, building rapport and handling questions or objections professionally.
A patient, empathetic approach when speaking with people arranging medical care.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when checking documents and recording information.
Reliability, initiative and the ability to work independently from home.
Confidence using email, online systems and customer relationship management software.
Respect for patient privacy and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
A quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, suitable computer and headset.
Experience supporting Australian customers or working in healthcare would be an advantage.
Work from home in the Philippines.
Work Australian business hours, with your evenings and weekends free.
Enjoy a varied role combining outreach, patient support and administration.
Help build awareness of a new clinic and make the appointment process easier for patients.
