Job summary

REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a Trainer to deliver engaging training experiences for OneSite users. You will facilitate virtual sessions, develop quality training materials, and guide clients through adoption and onboarding processes.

This remote position requires strong communication and presentation skills, with flexibility to support US time zones and travel when needed. You will contribute to team initiatives and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SnagIt, Zoom, Smartsheet.
• Confident public speaking for virtual or in-person teaching.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing training sessions (webinars, virtual live, in-person, workshops).
• Prepare training materials and reusable assets (scripts, facilitation guides, PPTs, FAQs).
• Participate in special projects and team initiatives.
• Review and implement feedback from peers and managers.
• Keep CSATs meeting expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RealPage products and features.
• Support team objectives and adapt to evolving needs.
• Demonstrate mastery of product certifications to support training delivery.
