Job summary

Intrinsic Digital, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Client Support Coordinator to ensure projects and client communications stay on track. You will manage data, maintain systems, and support behind-the-scenes operations with precision and efficiency.

The role requires strong attention to detail, robust analytical ability, and experience with data-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote, supporting teams across the US and PH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• 2+ years in admin support, operations, or client services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
• Experience with data cleaning, preparation, visualization, management, and analysis
• Able to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to review data and derive tasks/requirements
• Background with HubSpot and Asana preferred
• Digital marketing, marketing, or multifamily background is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to follow workflows and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Complete internal tasks supporting client campaigns
• Keep tracking systems and records up to date for visibility and accuracy
• Assist with audit processes by gathering data and flagging inconsistencies
• Analyze client and campaign data to create accurate reports and insights
• Manage shared inbox requests and route items as needed
• Contribute to team efficiency through timely, accurate execution
• Other duties as assigned
