Intrinsic Digital, Inc. is a US-based, fully remote digital marketing agency hiring a detail-obsessed Client Support Coordinator (Marketing Data Analyst) to keep client campaigns and data workflows accurate and on track from Metro Manila.

You will collaborate across teams, maintain clean records, and provide timely communications to drive decision-making. This role offers full-time, remote work with standard deductions, a 40-hour week, and a salary up to 62,000 PHP per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of admin support, operations, or client services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data cleaning, preparation, visualization, management, and analysis.
• Able to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to review and interpret data for tasks and requirements.
• Experience with HubSpot and Asana preferred.
• Background in digital marketing, marketing, or multifamily is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow established workflows and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal tasks that support client campaigns and success.
• Keep tracking systems and records up to date for visibility and accuracy.
• Assist with audit processes by gathering data, reviewing details, and flagging inconsistencies.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret client and campaign data to create accurate reports and surface insights.
• Manage shared inbox requests, responding promptly and routing items as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency through timely, accurate execution of day-to-day responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
