RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager to support US-based clients from a fully remote Philippines setting. You will oversee the client journey from onboarding to ongoing account management, ensuring service delivery aligns with client requirements and expectations.

You will lead discovery calls, prepare proposals, monitor performance, and coordinate with recruitment, HR, and operations to foster strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in account or client success management.
• Experience with offshore staffing to US clients is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Prepare proposals and client materials.
• Manage client journey from onboarding to integration.
• Serve as main contact for client concerns and requests.
• Set success metrics and monitor performance.
• Regularly check-in with clients and Philippine team.
• Monitor daily reports, metrics, workload, handoffs.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements.
• Lead client meetings to drive outcomes.
• Build long-term client relationships through communication.
• Gather feedback to improve service delivery.
• Advise on recruitment practices and staffing trends.
• Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and operations.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams.
