Cardinal Education is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to own ongoing relationships with families receiving our educational services. You will serve as the operational hub from onboarding through ongoing support, ensuring a seamless, responsive, high-value experience.

You’ll collaborate with academic coaches, billing teams, and cross-functional leaders to deliver timely service, address concerns, and retain long-term clients. Initially remote with US-Pacific alignment.

Qualifications

2+ years in a client-facing or process-driven role (Account Management, Customer Success, Operations Coordination).
Experience managing accounts, processes, or projects end-to-end.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Empathetic, service-oriented mindset with bias toward action.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for families post-onboarding and manage ongoing service.
Conduct regular client check-ins and provide timely, personalized support.
Track client engagement, maintain records, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate service launches and scheduling with internal teams.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align client messaging.
