Job summary

Global Staff Connections Inc. seeks a Client Success Specialist to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience in a client-facing role. You will manage healthcare clients, address their needs, promptly resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will analyze reports, track requests, and contribute to long-term partnerships by identifying growth opportunities and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field preferred.
2+ years in client relationship management in software delivery.
2+ years of call/contact center management.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
Experience with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Deliver quality client support using best practices to optimize the client experience.
Coordinate opportunities for account growth with Senior Directors for long-term partnerships.
Analyze client reports and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Submit cases in Jira and Salesforce; document SOPs for business continuity.
Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of products and services; perform additional duties as assigned.
