Job summary

Cardinal Education, a premier educational consulting firm, seeks an Associate Student Manager to own and manage ongoing relationships with families receiving our services. You will be the operational hub for each client account, from onboarding through ongoing support, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and high‑value experience.

You’ll work closely with academic coaches, billing teams, and cross‑functional leaders to deliver timely service, address concerns, and retain long‑term clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts, processes, or projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work dedicated night shift aligned with US Pacific Time (PST).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathetic, service‑oriented mindset with bias toward action and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families after onboarding and manage ongoing service delivery and communication.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and provide timely, personalized support to maintain satisfaction and engagement.
• Track client engagement and service quality, maintain records, and suggest additional support to improve outcomes and retention.
• Coordinate service launches and scheduling with internal teams, maintaining updated documentation and addressing issues for a smooth client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate recurring workflows and drive process improvements across client operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and share client insights for continuous improvement.
