Job summary

OptiNizers is seeking a Client Success POC to act as the primary liaison between clients, remote talent professionals, and internal teams in the Philippines. You will manage health across the engagement lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to ongoing support, focusing on minimizing risk and maximizing client satisfaction.

The role requires understanding the remote staffing industry, strong problem-solving, and the ability to balance multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote staffing or virtual talent industries is preferred.
• Proven track record in client success, account management or operations roles.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full client and remote talent lifecycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
• Review client requirements and ensure onboarding readiness with clear expectations.
• Monitor engagement health and KPIs through regular check-ins with clients and remote professionals.
• Identify risks, provide actionable recommendations, and support coaching conversations.
• Coordinate replacements or transitions and ensure smooth handovers when engagements end.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Finance and Operations to meet client and talent needs.
