Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a ClientSuccessPartner to manage onboarding and offboarding for staff as a remote contractor in the Philippines. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and a positive client-staff relationship, requiring critical thinking, multitasking, and strong communication.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time, with permanent work-from-home perks and immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in a BPO or virtual outsourcing environment.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and operational tasks.
• Proven ability to handle escalations and difficult conversations, assess complex situations, and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor onboarding and offboarding pipelines to ensure smooth transitions.
• Coordinate with staff and stakeholders to deliver welcome packets, logins, and software requirements before first day.
• Conduct onboarding discussions to acquaint new hires with house rules and guidelines.
• Complete background check compliance for new hires.
• Conduct offboarding discussions to ensure proper notifications and smooth transitions.
• Assist staff with offboarding and liaise with the offboarding team on concerns.
• Support post-offboarding inquiries and issues, and complete the offboarding checklist.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planner to monitor attendance and prepare reports.
• Address staff inquiries promptly to maintain positive relationships.
• Review and approve paid hours and provide productivity feedback.
• Work with ClientSuccess Manager to enhance staff experience and adherence to standards.
• Stay informed about voluntary benefits for contractors.
• Maintain up-to-date attendance and system issue trackers.
• Coordinate with Staff Services on HubSpot ticket movements.
